  Poor customer service. The manager would not return my calls. Worst mistake I ever made switching to AT&T. I was lied to many times about the service I was getting and credits to my account.

  There were two employees working, but only one was helping customers. The manager (Megan) would not help any customers. There is absolutely no acceptable reason for the manager not to assist customers. The wait at this store is always horrible, but it is the only store around, so you are stuck waiting.
